About Myra

Myra is an author, public speaker, workshop facilitator, family coach and mediator. She offers individual and family consultations in her Newcastle and Nelson Bay practices.  Positive, persistent and a pioneer in her field, she provides leading edge programs and coaching for progressive businesses and individuals. Her passion is to reach beyond the current ways of thinking and behaving by delivering  preventative programs which build self-esteem and provide practical simple skills to enhance the potential of each individual and strengthen the family unit.

Research is confirming that conflict during our early years causes life threatening situations and negatively impacts on an individual’s wellbeing.  It is Myra’s passion to mitigate the effects of Adverse Childhood Experiences and provide the necessary tools to remake your life the way you choose to live it rather than in response to traumatic experiences or a lack of healthy relationship building skills.

Change begins with you.  You can be the ripple to create a better way and can subsequently repair your family dynamics, dump the unhealthy behaviours, find your passion and purpose in a way that works for your unique situation. (click here Link to registration form)
